Hundreds of needy families formed long lines outside a Tracy
community center Saturday for an annual winter clothing giveaway that
touches thousands of lives each year.Organizers estimated that 2,000 to

"We are trying to help the needy people, and there are a lot of people hurting right now with the economy," Sandhu said.
