Hello friends, welcome to another week and another Tuesday of my
ramblings. Oh my, how the time flies. We are quickly approaching the
halfway mark of this stage of the challenge. I want to emphasize the
word "stage" because while the challenge may come to a close in
February, this journey whether at goal weight or not doesn't end there
for me or for all of you.
Being healthy and happy has to be continually pursued each and every

This past weekend I went to try on wedding dresses for the first time (at least officially anyways). I have to confess that I was a little anxious about going.
